FagDB operates as a data aggregation and presentation tool. The Platform only processes and displays data that is publicly accessible or lawfully obtained from third-party sources. We do not independently generate, fabricate, or alter the underlying data presented through our services.

Account Information — When you create an account, we collect your username, email address, and encrypted password. We do not store plaintext passwords.

Usage Logs — We automatically collect information about your interactions with the Platform, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps of access.

Lookup History — When you perform a lookup, we record the queried Discord User ID, the date and time of the query, and the results returned. This data is associated with your account for your convenience.

Cookies & Similar Technologies — We use essential cookies to maintain session state and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

FagDB collects and displays publicly accessible, real-time data associated with Discord User IDs. This may include:

• Usernames, discriminators, and display names • Profile avatars and banners • Account creation dates and account age • Account type and Nitro subscription status • Profile badges • Media content voluntarily shared in public or permission-restricted channels (such as NSFW or selfie channels), where access is granted • Text messages posted in publicly accessible channels

All displayed data originates from publicly available sources or channels where access has been explicitly or implicitly granted by the platform or channel administrators.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Platform • To process and fulfill lookup requests • To manage your account and provide customer support • To maintain lookup history for your reference • To monitor and analyze usage patterns and trends • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or security threats • To comply with legal obligations

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest • Secure password hashing using modern cryptographic algorithms • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments • Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only • Automated monitoring for suspicious activity

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

We retain your information as follows:

Account Data — Retained for the duration of your account's existence. Upon account deletion, personal data is purged within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Lookup History — Retained for up to 12 months from the date of the query. You may request early deletion of your lookup history at any time.

Usage Logs — Retained for up to 90 days for security and analytical purposes, after which they are anonymized or deleted.

Cached Third-Party Data — Lookup results sourced from third parties are cached temporarily to improve performance and may be refreshed or purged periodically.

By using FagDB, you agree to the following:

• You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. • You will not use data obtained through the Platform to harass, stalk, threaten, or harm any individual. • You will not attempt to re-identify anonymized data or circumvent any access restrictions. • You will not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the Platform without prior written consent. • You will not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit data obtained through the Platform without authorization. • You are solely and fully responsible for how you access, interpret, and use any data provided by the Platform.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Accuracy of Data — The Platform does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any third-party data displayed. Information may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate.

"As Is" and "As Available" — All data and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Third-Party Sources — We do not control and are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party data sources. The inclusion of any data does not imply endorsement or verification by FagDB.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Platform, its operators, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be held responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform or any data obtained through it.

• We are not responsible for any actions, decisions, or consequences resulting from the use or misuse of data provided by the Platform.

• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

• This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, including negligence, breach of contract, or strict liability.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. • Correction — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data. • Deletion — Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. • Portability — Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format. • Objection — Object to certain processing activities.
